Areas we help with
Child focused mediation
Where children live, and arrangements for them to spend time with each parent, agreed together with the help of a trained mediator.
What can we talk about?
Who is it for?
Child focused mediation is not just for parents. It can also help grandparents, teenage parents, and other members of the family where communication about the children has become difficult.
How long does it take?
If you are only discussing children's matters, two to three joint sessions is usually enough. Most sessions last for 1 to 1.5 hours, and you decide after each one whether to continue.
What does it cost?
Children focused mediation is £120 inc VAT per person, per session. If you are eligible for legal aid, your costs are covered.
